What's an “active user”?
Someone who logs in at least once in a calendar month. Registered-but-dormant accounts don't count, so you're not paying for people who left last year.
Can we pay annually?
Yes — 15% off, billed in advance.
Can we get our data out?
Yes, at any time, in standard formats. Your content and your learner records are yours.
Do you work with agencies?
